Great as far as coverage and network but expensive monthly premiums on top of co-insurance and high deductible. In my years of working for various companies the deductible here is the highest for a PPO plan.

The healthcare plan was in constant flux but I think the company tried to stabilize it and offer their employees the best they could. I think healthcare is in flux everywhere so I do not blame Renaissance. Still, the ever increasing costs hurt.
