Fantastic healthcare choices and much cheaper rates than I have seen at other companies. I pay less for family coverage here than I paid for single coverage at my last job.

Having Kaiser makes it easy as I had kaiser previously since I was born, and can keep my doctor.

I can't think of anything bad

Simply put its awesome. 90% covered at least. Even out-of-network psychological services covered at 70%. I had to use disability for about 2 months and coverage was fantastic and the HR process was painless. This company cares about its people.

Lots of choices, low cost, even to add for the whole family.

Have had Cigna health insurance while here & have the option of visiting any doctor I want or need to see - it makes is much easier that coordinating referrals or specific doctors.

Best company portion of benefits of any company I have ever work for (somewhere around 97%).
