It is just best to not be sick on this health insurance. Doctors visits are expensive. not many options available.

They had a HDP with an HSA. I like this type of plan.

Pretty high deductibles. If you are a healthy person, you will likely feel that you are paying a lot of money for your prescriptions and your doctors visits. The upside with this plan is that if something catastrophic happens to you, Rockwell will pay everything once you exceed your maximum out-of-pocket amount for the year. Depending on your salary, that maximum out-of-pocket varies. I believe for me it is something like $5K-6K per year.

Like most company sponsored health care programs you can choose from a plan that has lower premium but you end up with a large out-of-pocket for nearly any kind of basic services. Even with a higher premium, the insurance carrier will nickle & dime you and contest coverage whenever possible. This is mostly a reflection on upon the insurance carrier, but it was Rockwell that negotiated the benefits package.
