The best: Working from home, saving gas! The worst: Little to no in person interaction. You chat and video conference but, that's about it. Meetings or events in the office are few and far between.

working from home is offered as an option when coming into the office is simply not possible. aditionally, Rover has several full-time employees who work from home both during the day and through the night.

There are only positives for working from home. Rover offers a set schedule, you still get vacation and holiday time off, they provide all the equipment. Rover also offers continuous training for the remote team.

It is great! I can decide if and when I want to have dogs, how many, how much I will get paid, and what we do. There is no real commitment except to the client and to make sure the dog is taken care of.

They over manage everyone and they really are out of touch with what it takes to actually be a dog sitter, they arent kind or understanding to dog sitters and they have no real experience, if you need them they will fail you
