Sabbatical Leave

Ryan is an energizing and challenging environment. We expect a lot from our employees—skill, creativity, passion, and results. As a reward for their continued commitment, eligible employees are granted paid sabbaticals. Sabbaticals are provided to allow employees a significant block of time to use to pursue a new challenge or to re-energize in whatever way they choose. U.S. Ryan team members are eligible to take a four (4)-week paid sabbatical allowance on the fifth anniversary of their hire date, and every fifth year thereafter.
