The 401K plan is the worst and needlessly complicated. There's a $35 annual "record keeping fee", it takes 7 days after deduction before your investment option is bought resulting in losing out on gains. It takes I believe an entire year before they start matching your contributions; which isn't even going to be vested fully for 5 years, and the match is only 50% of up to 6% of pay. It's 2 years before you're 25% vested.
There's a company stock discount plan but you have to jump through a couple hoops for that and it takes a little while too.
