Short-Term Disability (STD): Engility provides income replacement of 66 2/3% of base salary for up to 180 days and begins on the eighth day after injury or start of illness. Both taxable and nontaxable plan options are available. An enhanced maternity benefit is also offered that provides income replacement at 80% for days 4 to 21 and 75% for days 22 to 35. Long-Term Disability (LTD): LTD is voluntary disability income protection that offers two benefit options to choose from—either 50% of base salary to a $10,000 per month maximum or 66 2/3% of base salary to a $20,000 per month maximum.
