Health insurance is comprehensive including medical, dental, and vision with multiple plans for family, partners, etc.

You receive health and wellness benefits but are responsible for paying the full price of insurance each month. While recruiters promote this as additional compensation, you only see a small portion reflected in your paycheck. The job pays well overall, but the hours were sometimes reduced to part-time based on demand, making it challenging to manage during certain months of the year.

Out of pocket expense is slightly higher than average.
