At SAS, we’ve always allowed for flexibility and take pride in adapting to the evolving needs of our employees. Given the variety of roles, work requirements and business needs we have at SAS, there’s no one universal solution regarding the best work location for all employees. Bottom line: at SAS, we trust our people and empower you with the flexibility to work where you are most productive. We encourage candidates to share their preferences regarding work location with recruiters and/or hiring managers during the interview process.

We’re proud to sponsor seven voluntary, employee-led and employee-driven Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace – aligned with and supporting the strategy, mission, values, goals and objectives of our company. EIGs provide networking opportunities with employees across the company, exposure to company leadership and create connections for employees to SAS and our culture.

That’s why we offer a broad range of services and educational programs through our Work/Life Center, all designed to help you maintain peace of mind and overall life balance. The team is available to remote employees for individual consultations, and can help identify and locate specific resources in your area to help make life easier for you and your family.
To support employees' health and well-being, SAS will reimburse up to $1,200 per calendar year for eligible expenses related to specific financial, physical, emotional, and other wellness needs. Some examples of qualifying expenses include gym memberships, fitness equipment, pet boarding, office equipment and professional house cleaning or lawn care services.
