WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
We know that some employees prefer working remotely while others prefer coming into the office more regularly. We value the flexibility and enhanced work-life balance that remote work provides and strive to maintain flexibility for employees while balancing our business needs, customer service and culture. We recently renovated our office headquarters to be more hybrid-friendly so that when you’re in the office it’s easier to see and collaborate with coworkers, have versatile work space options to accommodate various types of tasks, and make hybrid meetings more effective.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
SFM offers company-sponsored group activities like bowling, boat trips, picnics, sporting events; and trips to the zoo, parks and botanical gardens are a few of the ways we have fun and get to see each other in person. We also host a casual drop-in pickleball league weekly from spring to fall for employees to have fun and be active together.
SFM employees and dependents have access to the premium version of the Calm mental fitness app, free of charge.

SFM uses Microsoft Teams to handle remote and hybrid meetings, remote phone calls, share files and chat with coworkers.
SFM offers an internet reimbursement stipend that assists employees in home internet costs while working from home.
