As stated, the 401k management and company match is good
No longer offer a pension
They seldom let anyone get to the years to retire, they lay off a lot of people getting close to getting retirement plans. Maybe less than 5% get it

They do not offer a retirement plan, only want you contribute to your 401k, with a very small match
