Sick Leave

I give the 4 Stars for my time period as it was very good. Used to be if I was sick I would just call Boss and tell him so. Then I would see him when I got better. Understand I am a dedicated employee and do not call in sick to go fishing or play golf...etc... When I get sick, I am sick and will get back with yous soon. As time went on it was more and more a problem to take off sick. Short Term Disability nonsense and what have you...Really??? Doctor's Notes...???? Really? I suspect it is the common ploy of the honest people have to suffer from the actions of low life doing wrong things?

I didn't really call in sick more than a couple times in 7 years, and it was never an issue

at the beginning of the year you were automatically given 4 days but that was for whole year so any additional sick days needed the were taken from vacation days

one of the best in the industry, but still not upto the oil and gas industry standards.

SLB offers 2 sick days per year, otherwise you would have to use vacation time.

Seven working days a year

There is no official sick days.

Sick days are paid separate from your vacation as well as personal days.
