Best would be cost as well as coverage under the Kaiser plan. Do not have any bad parts to say about the health insurance offered at SSD.

There were two choices for the healthcare benefits, Kaiser and Blue Cross if I remember correctly, they later added in the ability to supplement with AFLAC. The supplemental was at an additional cost to the employee.
