Horrible coverage through United Health Care. Used to be really great with Blue Cross now it's like jumping through hoops to get a prescription filled. After all of the problems last year, they are staying with UHC..very disappointing.

I find the insurance programs and selections to be best in class compared to all the companies I have worked for, including some very large Public Software companies in the California region which have competitive programs to lure talent. SP has done a good job balancing this as a private growth company
