Only Aetna, Kaiser and United Healthcare available and none at 100% coverage. The HDCP's aren't even 100% and they still cost you $$ whereas at other employers I've never had to pay for choosing the HDCP. We don't get Blue Cross/Blue Shield which is excellent coverage and that is a shame. CVS Caremark for pharmacy is horrendous. They can and should do better.

The current PPO plan for US employees is quite good.
