Each office or remote strategy is leader-led. My specific team is considered Hybrid and has a 3 days in office policy but we still have the autonomy to select the days or commute times.

Remote work OK for some workers. Some teams are beginning to require in-office.

WFH was great while I was there

Without a local office, you are able to work remotely.

Salesforce is now requiring workers come to the office at least 3-4 days per week. But generally, for most, Fridays are work from home. I personally believe workers should be in the office, as there are so many benefits to being in the office.

they're starting to mandate engineers to come into the office 10 times a quarter. Not ideal.
