Short Term Disability is provided at no cost to eligible employees. Weekly benefits are paid at 60% of eligible employee’s weekly salary up to $1,000. Benefits begin after the 15th day of disability and are payable up to 11 weeks.
Long Term Disability is also provided at no cost to eligible employees. Monthly benefits are paid at 60% of employee’s salary up to $6,000 per month. Benefits begin after 90 days of disability.
