A couple of decent options. They do contribute to your HSA at the start of the year, which is nice.

Pro: The employee portion of the premium is relatively low. Con: Insurance company is very difficult to work with on diagnostic approvals.

Low deductible plans with min coverage.

Seagate "had" United Health Care and felt it was great. Seagate then switched to Cigna, and that took some getting used to, as Cigna's first response to claims is always denial. Over time, health care with Cigna settled down and found health care through Cigna, and coverage's to be very good.

High deductible options have HSA accounts with them where the company contributes $600 (employee)/$1,200 (family) per year.
