Performance Bonus

Performance bonus can be boom or bust, depending upon how well Seagate as a whole delivers to its customers, and more so how well the business environment is.

We haven't really gotten the bonus for 3 years.

quarterly profit sharing and bonus

Depending on years, average 10%

When times are good, B's are good.

The company has not given bonus this year.

Usually pretty good depending on financials. Can sometimes be hit or miss.

graduated scale so highly paid employees have larger incentives than lower paid employees, individual performance does factor in a little bit but the all star at one grade level is still getting less bonus than the dead wood at the grade above him/her.

15-20% of base pretty good mix of cash and stock; at the discretion of manager though
