The health insurance is a high deductible plan; however, the company contributes to a HSA account to offset this high deductible. For young/healthy individuals, this is a great way to pad your retirement savings (HSA) and for those who would need to use the high deductible, there is a significantly smaller sting when the company contributes significantly.

They have a high deductible health plan with a great insurer (BCBS) but they fund your HSA so you never have to come out of pocket except in extreme circumstances.
