401K Plan

Zero 401K matching and a poorly performing porfolio.

The cost is affordable for employees

Employer match is good, very helpful with set up and questions.

Poor matching contributions compared with the rest of the industry

It was a good plan where the Employer matched 401K

2014 - Select will match "25% of each dollar you contribute on the first 6% you contribute to the plan." (Quoting the Select Medical brochure from Fidelity Investments) So you contribute $100... doing the math, $6. is the first 6% and they will match 25% of that which is $1.50. So no thanks!

Ridiculous amount to pay into!

The match is horrible which is another way to show how they under appreciate their employees.

It's a good plan with a nice matching...if you can survive working there.
