Employees can use their sick days and get paid at their base rate they must enter this automatically in API to receive it though. Also, employees are always penalized for getting sick -each illness call
Out is considered an “occurrence” There are no free sick days!!! Try working in the dirty hospital around sick people and NOT GET SICK!
