The vacation and paid time off is ok but not great. You receive one week after one year and then two weeks after 5 years. After ten years of employment you will receive four weeks and that is the maximum you will receive. Health insurance there is a joke.

I waited 90 days for insurance to kick in (typically this is a 30 day period) and during that time had to cover my entire family on COBRA.. very, very expensive
