Job Training

The vacation and paid time off is ok but not great. You receive one week after one year and then two weeks after 5 years. After ten years of employment you will receive four weeks and that is the maximum you will receive. Health insurance there is a joke. They don't match enough of the 401k. Five sick days per physical year. Only major holidays are paid time off. You have to beg for additional training through IICRC.

They are great at working with you and teaching you until you have a firm grasp on your job. Very understanding and kind bosses.
