Basic holidays in the US are off however, your Europe-based colleagues may expect you to travel on most of those days. Americans are expected to travel on weekends.

I'm not sure what to say here other then it is standard fare. No difference from what other companies offer. Unless you work in Europe where they take a month off during summer each year.
