There was a dip during the pandemic but picked it back up after 2021 and is great since then!

Free snacks and lunch, sometimes dinner if you stay long enough

We have free lunch, snacks, and dinner in the SF office. They are nice, but honestly, I don't believe this is worthy of conversation next to our stellar Paternal policies, or time off for charitable work. My colleagues that spend time complaining about "oh lunch wasn't good today" are never the ones that stick around anyway.

Our CEO has always said that a company marches on its stomach. There are snacks and drinks galore, stocked weekly, as well as Cafe Mem, with an espresso machine, drip coffee, and a tea station. Lunches are catered in. Somtimes amazing, sometimes not, but consistently good. Dinner is served at 6 or 6:30 PM. You can request anything you want added to the kitchen by pinging the office manager.
