They change insurance companies very frequently

Changing healthcare insurance provider last year resulted in existing PCPs being out of coverage

I always have great access to healthcare at a low cost.

While I'm not the biggest fan of Cigna, our benefits and coverage are very good for a small company. In the last year I've had some significant medical activity (MRI, Emergency room) and I have felt very well covered. I would like to see a greater focus on mental health, but this is a larger complaint that I have with our medical insurance institution.

99% of monthly premiums are covered by the company. 1% by the employee!
