Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
School bag initiative is held yearly before the beginning of a school year to help children from vulnerable society groups to get ready to school. We collect donations from SoftServians to purchase school bags and necessary school supplies.
Month of Good Deeds includes various charity events such as visiting shelters with homeless animals and collecting donations to purchase fodder, visiting hospitals/nursing homes and helping as needed (cleaning the territory or utility premises, whitewashing walls, etc.), conducting master classes on making toys with for children in the hospitals and other activities.
Blood donor day is a regular initiative that aims to donate blood to our associates who are in need.
Environmental activities encompass planting trees, initiatives related to increasing waste sorting awareness.
Boryana, our Brand Lead in Bulgaria, has shared her thoughts about our recent environmental challenge Trashtag: “It’s very inspiring, since our associates have a myriad of ideas. Most of them are related to environmental protection and helping people in need. We help in many ways, and this shows how caring, open, and responsible our associates are. They are very committed and eager to support others. I believe that SoftServe needs to take care of the environment, as this is everyone’s responsibility.
