401K Plan

Company offers certain match to contributions, but choice of investment funds is rather limited.

0.50 matching up to 8%. Vesting though is not very good.

They do a great job of monitoring the performance and have yearly or more presentations by Longfellow Benefits who administers our plan. They also adjust the plan as they determine to get better performance. Plan is run thru Fidelity. I'm not a fan of Fidelity, but it is what it is.
