If you use all your sick time and still need more they will try to find you another position within the company, but if they can't, you're out the door. They will fight you on worker's comp and other issues, even when they are obviously legit.

Provided at no cost to employees at the Director and below level. Beneficial, but also only allowed when disability if approved. 50% pay is not reasonable...should consider 60 - 65%.

Yes they have that and it was a awesome plan so I'm told and I use the short term visit disability after I had a car accident
