Benefits available to salary employees.

Beneficial but should have on-site EAP assistance for immediate issues rather than referring employees to a phone #. Five visits per year per issue per participant may not be enough either and there seems to be no assistance to assist the employee further particularly when they cannot afford the cost of treatment/counseling.

They have a tuition reimbursement. That was very worker so I'm told I never used it but I knew people who did to further their education

I think that it is great
