PRO: The cost to the employee for Health Insurance has not been passed down to the employees for a few years, which is unheard of lately. You do get to pick the type/level of insurance, like pay now or pay later to help with the cost per paycheck to the employee. CON: you get the insurance coverage that is local to your area, you do not get to pick from multiple providers.

Best thing is price, worst is I'm honestly not sure
