Caps out at 520hrs. Can be used for sick, and planned sick time. The issue is if your seriously injured, even on the job, you will burn through all your time and be left with nothing and ultimately be terminated. Workers comp and disability doesnt pay the Bill's and they company will hang you out to dry even if it's a work related injury.
