6 sick days in a year

Allowing a maximum benefit of 550 accumulated hours. This is a very nice cushion for dealing with health issues for you or your dependents.

Up to 520 hours is great, but there is NO incentive not to call in sick for a couple extra vacation days if you don't normally call in- which is why I took off a star. Once you build 520, I would suggest putting the extra time into a bank of time which could be cashed in, even for less than a 1:1 return, once a year before Christmas.

4 per year from day one

Salaried employees can get up to 7 sick days paid per year for outdoor sales.

Fast accrual, they do not make you wait for a year before using the time if you have to.
