That is not very well organize. Your own HR dept. isn't not equip and keep referring you to a phone number, and/or email but it is just bla bla bla and nothing really helpful at all

Good luck trying to get it. I went through a major medical crisis and couldn't get assistance with a mound of legally documented medical files and doctors authorization. You have to pay first out of pocket if you have the money which if your part time chances are you do not, At which point you have no guarantee and the submit your claim in hope they may reimburse you up to $2000.
