You are limited to what's available, which means if most hearty snacks are sold out, you're stuck with something unsatisfying. Also, one meal a a day is not enough food considering the size of their lunches. Free beverages keep you caffeinated, though.

Free drinks starts 30 mins before your shift and last till 30 mins after but no free packaged drinks (canned or bottled). One free food item per shift (as long as the shift is at least 4 hours long) but is limited.

Not many free options for those who are health conscious. Many things are full of hidden sugars and carbs. Gluten-free options are difficult to find.
