Great for service industry. Rare to see other companies give such generous benefits to even part time workers

It's pretty inexpensive and covers almost everything. For a family of four, we never had problems.

Starbucks offers health benefits even to part time employees. They offer many different plans to choose from so you can pick the one that best suits your needs.

Their health insurance is the only reason I've stayed with the company for as long as I have.

Good health insurance, Silver Plan is $20 per month and Gold Plan is $40 per month. Dental is $10 per month. Good overall benefits and you only need to maintain a 20 hour per week average to keep benefits.
