Once set up, it was easy to use. Many employees take advantage of this. Got new glasses and all! One thing that sucks about it is now you can go through the Affordable Care Act, which is cheaper. If you're barely making any money it's a better option. Moving up in the company, Starbucks insurance is better, though.

The insurance is probably the best I've ever had, blue cross and blue shield.

Make sure you select the correct plan per your needs. It's better to pay more per check than have a high deductable.
