They didn't provide this for me/employees that don't work 40 hours even though I worked 30-35 hours.

Only available to those working 20+ hours a week. If your manager hires too many people and cannot give anyone 20 hours, then you get no benefits. So, it's a promise that is never delivered weeks after hire. What a waste of time.

Offered even to part time employees.

Company does offer life insurance

Haven't purchased any they provide a small amount compilmentory.

I did not enroll in life insurance as it was not economical for me.
