Job Training

The job training was very long and boring, but you must pay attention in order to pass the exams to work here.

I feel that I get training whenever I need it.

Only available for insurance or company benefiting skills. Greatly limited outside your current job responsibilities.

Very little training from the boss. When I started, I was trained by someone who had worked there for 3 months. Agents can pay for employees to go to training's but the training is only applicable if your office is operated the same way as the training is set up

The agent trains everyone. The last person he hired was only here for 4 months, the agent only spent 20 min with him and then the other members of the office trained him. The agent spent a lot more time with me.

Depends on the Agents benefits

if you are in product solutions, they spend a lot of money on you. In information security , I have not seen that much

Training was a bit overwhelming however, once you're on the floor it helps.

They want you up and running asap and making them money. Everyone is always busy and no time for training.
