They really struggle with on-the-job training. Their IT onboarding is a joke.

Unfortunately in my experience the job training was minimal from the Agent. The office manager trained me the most and when asking the agent for help was told I should already know how to complete a task or should already have that knowledge.

Job training is very thorough and you always have access to online training videos and QA.

Any responsibility I was tasked with, I received personal training for on site from the agents. No method for any task was left unclear.

Expectations of what the position is made clear. The time and individuals are available for assistance after training is completed.
