Job Training

For my position, there was plenty of training. However, my position was a newly formed one, and felt that they didnt have a set training plan in place yet, so there was a lot of "wheel spinning" and uncertainty from day to day.

A few exams are required to get a license to work there

The training for the job is very loose structure

Job training was easy to complete

From what I’ve heard it’s not the greatest however, management is supportive and will work with you if additional training is needed.

Private offices each have their own training methods

They give you 12 weeks of training

All done on self learning modules. Then the only mentoring is by a staff person who may no be interested in your development or when the agent makes time.
