Performance Bonus

All employees get an opportunity for a annual bonus when the company meets it year-end goals.

Unless you are sales there really isn't bonus

It is based on your sales

There are metrics upper leadership makes which if the company as a whole reaches there is a percentage of your pay added as a bonus. I have yet to see a year those metrics are not made.

The agent I work for is great about paying you more than you are worth on your off months, while paying you exactly what you are worth when you have amazing months. He truly cares about the well being of his employees.
