They'll give you 10 sick days which is pretty good.

No sick days. You would have to use your paid time off days.

I get about one week paid time off each year with the option to earn additional paid time off if I hit my monthly bonuses a certain number of months.

I had to take a week off work when I was suffering from a cold and state farm had no objections, just wished me health and welcomed me back when I felt better. my manager was happy I felt better and I was able to use some of my paid time off to get paid the entire week I couldn't make it to work

Very generous benefit - they also let you take sick days for sick children.
