everything off day is taken out of the same bank; doesn't matter if you're sick or on vacation

There is no sick days. You have to use your PTO

Sick days are included with PTO.

Agent pays for sick days.

Just changed to PTO bank and no long receive paid sick time different from vacation days.

You get a number of PTO days to use for sick days or vacation.

You accrue attends points for sick days and no doctor’s excuse will get around that. I have heard murmurings of people trying to get their little acute illnesses covered under FMLA so they do not accrue points but that may just be rumor. You can get fired at 20 points and most missed days are 4 points.

Good time off was provided when needed.
