They recently changed to a Paid Time off bank because new employees were taking advantage of the old lucrative time off system. However, it as usual, hurt the long time employee and took a shotgun approach to the problem.

Sick time, Sick pay and Doctor Pay was done away with as of 9-23-2016. for the future you must use your personal time (vacation time) if your are ill or need to go to the doctor. Not are great move, but just the way it is.
