2 sick days to take only when someone else can cover for you being off that day

My sick days were my time off days.

no paid sick days, and blow back for taking them (unpaid)

They recently changed to a Paid Time off bank because new employees were taking advantage of the old lucrative time off system. However, it as usual, hurt the long time employee and took a shotgun approach to the problem.

You use your vacation days is the bad thing but you get two free call out days

The same as P.T.O. Comes every pay period

Vacation is your sick time.

Sick time, Sick pay and Doctor Pay was done away with as of 9-23-2016. for the future you must use your personal time (vacation time) if your are ill or need to go to the doctor. Not are great move, but just the way it is.

If you are sick, don't come to the office!
