My “trainer” didn’t know much of anything herself. She constantly gave the excuse “well I’m not your real trainer!”. With that being said I severely concerned because this particular employee did not want to take the fault for her poor class act in assisting future employees.

They actually don't really train you much. They just give you a bunch of slideshows to look at.
