Health benefits within Sutter Network, will have to pay more to go outside

It is all in-house, very convenient, and excellent patient care.

Decent network. Higher cost to employees. Decent employee health/wellness program. Offers an onsite gym to employees.

The insurance company they offered, had ridiculous plans that were so costly.

The health insurance offered is better than a lot of companies. The main downside is that it is a little expensive per pay period.

The insurance is an EPO(Exclusive Provider Option), which narrows our network. It does use a fairly large network, the United Healthcare Choice Plus network. The premiums are fairly high, the least expensive plan being $175 per pay check for family coverage.

Health insurance is offered to full time employee at no cost. You can add your spouse and children for no additional costs.
