High deductibles, high out of pocket expenses. It is a plan for young, healthy workers who don't need healthcare, but that isn't the synchrony population.

Starts on day one when you start orientation if you get signed up fast

Not the best and cheapest but decent enough

Previously there was a 15$ deductable for about anything, with remainder being covered by insurance. Now you have to pay about 6000 out of pocket before they pay a dime (80%) for the comporably priced option. Best option still is around 4k out of pocket.

Prescription plan makes you use CVS Pharmacy!

Vision and Dental is included with Medical. HSA and low premium offered.

One of the best health insurances I have ever had, they cover most of everything that you need.

Very expensive options. But enough to cover the needs of everyone.

Very high out of pocket deductibles; restrictions on the pharmacies you can use; unpredictable drug coverage/approval process even when listed as a covered drug
