High deductibles, high out of pocket expenses. It is a plan for young, healthy workers who don't need healthcare, but that isn't the synchrony population.

Previously there was a 15$ deductable for about anything, with remainder being covered by insurance. Now you have to pay about 6000 out of pocket before they pay a dime (80%) for the comporably priced option. Best option still is around 4k out of pocket.
