The same as many other companies, working time is flexible, so Work from home is available.

Good setup for work from home employees and encouraged but also isolate the employees. SNPS could be groupy and if you are working at home, you are not in it.

it is allowed to take some days to work from home.

Many people takes advantage of this flexibility. Two guys in the next cubes come to the office only 5 times a year. Few comes in office only 1-2 days per week.

A director level manager in the AMSG group put it this way: he expects to be able to find you in your cubicle whenever he wants to talk to you. I told him you can always reach me on the phone if you can't find me in the cubicle and his response is that being able to talk to you on the phone is not good enough for him because he doesn't know if you are on the beach or not. :-(
